our mission
who we are, why we exist, and what we do
in a nutshell
We are a rescue dedicated to saving rabbits. We rescue rabbits from shelters, provide any necessary medical care, evaluate them, and from there bond and/or train them to prepare them for adoption.
who we are
We're a 501(c)(3) status pending nonprofit & rabbit rescue established in 2024, operating in Southern California with plans to expand across the United States.
why 2 rabbit rescue
Our belief is that rabbits are meant to be in bonded pairs or family units in order to greatly support their mental and physical health. As a result, we seek to educate people to reduce the number of rabbits that are abandoned or rehomed due to behavioral issues stemming from being isolated from others.
why we exist
Rabbits are subject to incredibly high levels of overpopulation and overcrowding at shelters due to a lack of proper knowledge & care to ensure they don't multiply. This is contributed to by neglectful practices from breeders and pet stores. As a result, rabbits face high euthanasia and abandonment rates and often don't survive.
Our goal is to turn this situation around through promoting awareness, providing resources, and education. We do this while rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding furever homes for as many as we can.
what we do
We connect with & provide resources to other rescues & rescuers, educate & promote awareness of proper animal care, and pull animals from shelters or dangerous situations to give them a second chance at life.
